Gulsan has been performing its activity in food sectory since 1948. It carries on its production in the modern plant which was built in the industry region of kayseri. The plant has 10.000 m2 covered and 15.000 m2 open area. Jam, marmalade, halva, semolina, sesam paste, honey, butter, hazelnut paste and processed cheseeare produced in gulsan. The frozen fruits and vegetables, fruit consantre and paste are produced in ; which is our brand. Frozen products are frozed with IQF (individual quickly freezing) systems. Frozen products are stored in its cooling store has 10.000m2 covered area.

In 1999, new company which has covered 3000m2 and 16000m2 open area has joined to us. Vinegar and boiled qrape juice are produced in ours this factory. In 2000, new area which has covered 10.000 m2 and 20.000 m2 open area has joined to us. Fruit nectar are produeced in our this factory.
